　Registration

You need to register for the conference through our website http://www.cfcn.cn/cmc2/cmc2_en.asp, or by sending in a registration form to the event secretariat via fax (86-10-62889754) or via email (huxinyan@caf.ac.cn ) before August 20, 2009. Due to the limited number of participants, the meeting secretariat will send you a confirmation letter when we received your registration form. You will be admitted to the conference event by presenting the Confirmation Letter.

On site registration will be available between 2 pm to 8 pm on September 7th and between 8:00-9:00 a.m. on September 8th at the Hotel lobby.


　Language

All proceedings will be in FULL simultaneous Chinese-English translations.

　Event Fee

The conference is free of charge. The organizers will also provide food and beverage during the 1.5 day event, but participants should plan to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.

　Visa Application - Invitation Letter

If you need a Formal Invitation Letter sent by the China State Forestry Administration to apply for a visa, please provide the following information to huxinyan@caf.ac.cn (Cell: 86-(0) 13811276071, 86-10-62889754) as soon as possible:
Your Name, Gender, Title, Organization, Nationality, Birth Date, Passport number, Valid dates of passport, contact information, place of birth, place of application and agenda in China.

　Accommodation


All the attendees can expect to stay at the Plaza Royale Oriental Shanghai for convenience, but you may book any place else you like. You should plan to book your hotel reservations for yourself, but the meeting secretariat can also book the hotel for you upon request. Please fill in the relevant information when registering or contact conference secretariat directly.

We have negotiated a group rate for our event: 650 RMB/Standard Room, 900 RMB/Executive Room, 1,200 RMB/Suite (Inclusive of Double-Breakfast, Free Internet Access). NOTE: all rooms have internet available without additional costs.

　Exhibition of Legal/Certification Programs and Products


The Conference will provide a venue to display Legal or Certified Products or programs for participant organizations free of charge. You must pre-register for this opportunity. If you are interested in the exhibition, please submit the information when you registered. Please note that all the exhibition should be confirmed by the meeting secretariat in advance.
