Sino-Panel
(Asia) Inc. (“Sino-Panel”) is the manufacturing arm of
Sino-Forest, producing
and selling a variety of quality panels and wood-based products.
In line with Sino-Forest’s sustainable development
strategy, Sino-Panel started acquiring standing timber in
2006, creating synergy by integrating forestry plantations
with wood products manufacturing. Our aim is to produce high-quality,
cost-effective products by optimizing the use of wood fibre,
thereby increasing the value of each harvested tree. We cultivate
and harvest a variety of species including Eucalypts, Chinese
fir, pine and others, ensuring plentiful and stable supply
of wood fibre for our manufacturing facilities.
Our plantation operations and forestry products
manufacturing are compliant with national and international
standards, as the corporation has policies ensured that our
forestry practices are mutually beneficial to the environment
and community. Sino-Forest, being the first commercial plantation
operator in China, has obtained the Forest Management Certificate
in Guangdong in 2004, Sino-Panel then completed the Chain
of Custody audits in Heilongjiang and Guangdong in early 2008.
It established the milestone for our operations to support
the practice of responsible forest management. Apart from
these, we also have certificates on ISO 9001, 9002 and 14001
in Guangxi Province.
The Environmental Management System stipulates
policies regarding ecological and social aspects of plantation
operations and detailed procedures for environmental compliance.
In addition, Sino-Forest invests in research and development,
advanced technology and training, and is a member of China
National Forest Product Industry Association. Our goal is
to provide reliable, high-quality and cost-effective products
to our customers.

黑龙江嘉穆板业有限公司和广东嘉耀木业发展有限公司分别完成产销监管链认证评审; 成為嘉汉板业可持续营林管理的里程碑。此外, 嘉汉亦在广西亦获得ISO
9001, 9002及14001认证。
通过嘉汉林业广泛的林业网络，嘉汉板业不断在高产林地附近发展下游生产加工产业，稳定地向客户提供各种增值木质产品，包括刨花板、定向结构刨花板
(OSB )、胶合板、细木工板、指接板、贴面板、锯材、单板、木皮、建筑模板、多层地板坯料、实木地板坯料、多层复合地板、实木地板等产品。此外，嘉汉板业还投资相关工艺及技术，以不断改进产品质量，务求满足及配合在家具制造、室内装饰木制产品、建筑、物流、包装材料、纸浆及造纸等行业之消费者和客户的优质产品需求。向客户提供可靠、优质、高成本效益的产品,
